“It is the privilege of a lifetime to become who you truly are.”
— C.G. Jung
Kristen Stuhlmueller, LMFT
I am a depth and holistic-oriented therapist in Cary, North Carolina. This means I take into account the “whole” person to support the mind, body, emotions and spirit. I believe all parts of us are intricately interconnected and creating a shift in one area can profoundly shift other areas. I also believe that our past experiences and things outside of our conscious awareness can have a great impact on how we experience the world today.
I am fascinated by how our brains and nervous systems function and how to effectively utilize the brain-body to create lasting change. I believe there is a perfectly logical explanation for your feelings and behaviors and by getting to the root, you can experience deep healing, self-compassion, and feel empowered to make new choices.
Areas of specialization include: trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictive behaviors, emotional abuse, codependency, self-esteem, everyday life stressors.
